Sealed cases and certain information that is exempt from disclosure by court order or Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 will NOT appear on the Portal. Please visit the county courthouse where the case was initiated for more information.

The Idaho Supreme Court has approved extended access through the iCourt portal for certain federal, state, and local officials for use in the exercise of their official duties and powers. Extended Access to court documents is not to be utilized for any purpose other than for professional purposes in the exercise of those official duties. Extended access privileges may be suspended if it appears that documents have been accessed in the absence of a professional purpose.
